If you've driven or walked by the old LeBlond Factory on Eastern lately, you've likely noticed demolition in action. CIG Communities is in the midst of developing a new apartment complex they refer to as "The Jasper". According to a recent article on Cincinnati.com, The Jasper, a proposed $70 million, 271-unit apartment complex on an abandoned factory site in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Linwood, would be the third biggest conversion project in the Cincinnati area this year, after 7 W 7th and the Carew Tower.
