Councilman Mark Jeffreys submitted a motion to create a Cincinnati Connects Neighborhoods fund. This would be established to help neighborhoods fund local events. This is scheduled to be on the Budget & Finance Agenda for Monday, November 9th at 1pm.

Composting in Linwood
Have you seen the composting bins around town lately? Maybe you've seen the one on Eastern Ave near the foot bridge and have wondered, what's that all about?
Queen City Commons provides compost service to greater Cincinnati’s businesses, residents, and municipalities. All the food scraps we collect are composted locally with farms and gardens. These farms and gardens, in turn, use this compost to help feed our neighbors.
Keep Cincinnati Beautiful is excited to expand our Adopt-A-Spot Program to include local businesses. This free program gives businesses an easy way to help care for nearby public spaces while making a visible impact in the community. Clean and welcoming spaces not only benefit the neighborhood, but can also help increase foot traffic, boost employee morale, and show a strong commitment to the community.
