We are grateful to our good neighbors on the Mt. Lookout Community Council for sharing the following excerpted information from their very informative newsletter, "The Observer", which we have adapted to reflect Linwood's contact information. Linwood has participated in this debate via Invest in Neighborhoods, also with gratitude, and has officially expressed it's position related to the first round of discussions in 2022, attached at the end of this post. This is the City's second attempt to gather information and react to responses.

Changes to City Zoning, Regulations, and Land Use Policies
City Council is exploring ways to change the zoning code, development regulations, and land use policies. The City is seeking this input and resident feedback is at its most influential now.
Over the past year or so, some legislators have suggested removing density restrictions in certain zones, the removal of parking minimums for developments, changing Single Family zoning to allow Multifamily units, etc. It is not clear what direction proposed legislation will take; however, the more community engages the more we will know and have the opportunity to effect the outcome.
Please take the time to directly engage the City legislators to express your concerns; you may contact City Council, here. (Right click). The LCC can be contacted with your thoughts also, by visiting our "Contact" tab at the top of this page.
The City's Connected Communities press release:
“Connected Communities” is the name given to a series of potential policy changes, and the process involved in crafting those changes, related to land-use that will help Cincinnati grow into a more accessible, people-focused, diverse, healthy, and connected community for all.
